What you will receive as a stall holder
Stall hire: This will include table (choice of small to 6ft table) and chairs for the day.
Brand promotion: You will have a website listing and be promoted on social media platforms
Speaker opportunity: You will have an opportunity to apply for a speaker slot (spaces are limited)
Digital assets : Have editable templates for you to use on social media
Newsletter features: Be featured on email newsletters to ticketholders
Complimentary tickets: Have 15 free tickets for your staff/ helpers, friends and family
All this is for £99. Why? Because we want to make it affordable. It is an investment to raise your profile and brand, and for you to gain new and potential customers. The stall hire fee includes the above - and will also go towards venue hire and marketing costs to promote the fair. This is a collective effort to promote the event and raise each other.
MEET THE FOUNDER of love and light events
Hi, I'm Chia-Yen
I am a Reiki Master Teacher, for over 20 years now, and I have exhibited at many local and national fairs - including MBS London Olympia and NEC Birmingham, which I absolutely love. I am all for community and bringing the wellness collective together, because, together we can change the world.
I am also a Chartered Marketer and have over 20 years in events management. Because of my passion for wellbeing and mental health, I speak on national stages, in organisations, including Amnesty, the Chartered Institute of Building, and in festivals and conferences - and have won awards along the way.
My mission is to showcase and promote the wonderful lightworkers out there. Join me together in this project, as we share our love and light with North London.
Frequently Asked Questions
What is the opening hours of the fair?
The fair will be open to the general public from 10:00am to 4:00pm.
What is the set-up time and set-down time?
Set up time will start from 8:30am and stalls must be ready by 9:45am for the general public.
What do we need to bring as a stallholder?
As a stall holder, you would be expected to have a tablecloth for your table (this could be a fabric or fabric printed with your name) and a pop-up banner, as minimum. As a therapist, you may want to bring a massage couch, towels and disposable couch roll.
Is parking available?
Yes, there is a car park at the front and off street parking in the surrounding areas. To encourage more footfall, it would be great to park along the main road.
